Open: Tuesday - Sunday, 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with Happy Hour: All day Sunday & Tuesday; 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Wednesday - Saturday, and dinner starting at 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Soluna offers a dining experience where good food and good company come together naturally.

Guided by over two decades of culinary expertise, Chef William J. Andraca, Certified Executive Chef (CEC), Certified Culinary Administrator (CCA), and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, leads the Soluna kitchen with innovation and precision. His creative approach combines classic techniques with contemporary flair, emphasizing seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully crafted tasting menus.
